Shipping & Delivery Guidelines
Shipping Method
All orders placed on Sfour.live are shipped through the Indian Postal Service.
Shipping Charges
- Product price is paid online at the time of order.
- Shipping charges are NOT collected online.
- The shipping/delivery charge must be paid directly to the Indian Post delivery agent at the time of delivery.
- Shipping charges are calculated by Indian Post based on:
- Delivery location
- Parcel weight
- Applicable postal rates
Payment at Delivery
- Customers must keep cash ready to pay the shipping charges during delivery.
- Indian Post delivery agents may not accept UPI or card payments in all locations.
- Failure to pay the shipping charges may result in the parcel being returned to us.
Delivery Timeline
- Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 working days after order confirmation.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and Indian Post service availability.
Failed or Returned Deliveries
- If an order is returned due to non-payment of shipping charges or incorrect address, re-shipping may require additional costs.
- Refunds will not be issued for shipping failures caused by customer unavailability or refusal to accept delivery.
Address Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including PIN code and contact number.
- We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details.
Important Note
Shipping charges are controlled by Indian Post.
Sfour has no control over the final delivery fee charged by the postal service.
